This notice covers the viiping.com website. ViiPing the app is in development and will publish its own privacy notice before launch.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, organization, group size, how you'd use ViiPing, and any message. Our host, Netlify, also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and block spam.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and let you know about early access. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own site.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep demo requests only as long as we need them to follow up. To have yours deleted, send a request through the form on our home page and we'll remove it.
How the app will treat your voice
ViiPing is being built so that pings stay inside private, invite-only networks, are encrypted in transit, are kept in private storage, and auto-delete after 30 days. The app's own notice will describe this in full before launch.
